Cancellation / Refund Policy

ATA2024 offers three levels of registration: In-Person All Access, Exhibits Plus and On Demand. In-Person All Access will receive a Map Your Show account to access exhibitor listings, and for All Access and On Demand
registration, access to recorded on-demand sessions. All sessions will be recorded and available as on demand.
A registrant can upgrade registration from On Demand to All Access In-Person by paying the difference in registration fee.
A registrant can downgrade registration from All Access In-person to On Demand, however no refund of difference in price will be provided.
If you are unsure if you will be attending ATA2024 in-person, we suggest that you register for On Demand and upgrade at a later time if you decide to attend in-person.

All requests for refunds for cancellations received prior to January 7, 2024, will be honored, less a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent in writing.

Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of recorded sessions and all ticketed events purchased during registration. After January 7, registrations and cancellations received are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. ATA membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.

Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing:

Consent to Use Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at or participation in ATA meetings and related activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ATA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities. Exceptions to this consent must be made in writing to: events@americantelemed.org

Health and Safety
ATA2024 will take place in person at the Phoenix Center. The health and safety of our attendees, staff and all participants is our main concern. The ATA is monitoring developments around COVID-19 and will adjust health protocols as needed. We will work closely with the conference venue to follow federal, state and local COVID-19 protocol guidance and the venue’s recommended guidelines.
